These steps help you fix most issues on your own device. For clinic or platform support, use the contact details on your clinic home page.
Tap Start Camera (Android often needs a button press). Allow camera for this site in browser settings. Use Chrome or Safari on HTTPS. Close other apps that may be using the camera, then reload the page.
Use Add to Home Screen in your browser menu (Share → Add to Home Screen on iOS, Install app or Add to Home screen in Chrome on Android). Open the app from that icon for the best experience.
Open Gallery, select one or more photos, tap Share. Step 1: save to your gallery or downloads if prompted. Step 2: open your clinic chat (e.g. WhatsApp) and attach the saved photos with the paperclip icon.
Complete step 1 first (save to gallery/downloads). In WhatsApp, tap attach (📎) and pick the photos from Gallery or Downloads — they are not inserted automatically into the chat text.
Photos you capture are stored on your device. When you are back online, pending items sync automatically. You can still view and share saved photos offline.
Delete old photos in Gallery (select items → Delete). Free space on your phone if the browser storage quota is full, then try again.
Choose the private mask before capture. Your face is covered with a solid shape in the saved photo so you can share without showing your face. Keep your face in frame so the mask aligns correctly.
On supported masks, follow the on-screen triangle: center your face and move closer or farther until the outline turns green, then capture.
Tap Update and continue when asked. This loads the latest app version and fixes. If the prompt keeps appearing, clear the site cache or reinstall from Add to Home Screen.
Optional clinic alerts can be enabled from the home screen prompt. If blocked, open browser site settings for this app and allow notifications.
